Return & Refund Policy
The return policy will last for 30 days from the day you received the item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will inspect the goods you returned to be sure that it’s in perfect condition in which you received it, and once that is done, you will receive an email from us on your return items.
Sale items are exempt from being returned.
Please note that, we can offer you a refund or exchange for only quality issue or shipping missing/damage, while your item must be unused and remain the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns or exchange for items that vary slightly in cover’s color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the different batches of leather we used.) Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the cost of any return or exchange shipping (except quality /wrong item shipped issue).
